28. Someone once asked me: how do I know myself?

Hi beautiful souls! In this episode, I talk about the truths of knowing yourself and how do we navigate life through our own lens. Sometimes, we lose ourselves in people and forget who we are because we're so focused on the perception of others and their judgement towards us. To know fully who we are, we have to invite curiosity and begin to ask ourselves the right questions and you don't have to have the "right" answers to them in the moment, just become open to exploring.
