Today's episode we've had to catch up on the last 2 weeks as both Liam and Kevin have either been injured or sick. Listen along as the two guys mention their friend about doing sea swims and some of the basic benefits they've noticed from doing the swims too. Liam chats about whats happening with his work life and announces that hes back doin in Person Personal Training. He also makes kevin promise to getting back to the gym and start with a basic training plan, hoping that easing his lazy ass back to it that he'll actually stick with the plan this time. The boys mention their headspace since theres been some ups and downs over the last couple of weeks and how they feel about getting back to life properly in the coming weeks also. Lastly, to what they normally say is their most fun section of the epidoes was quite short today but they still got it in... The 'Under the Bis' section. is quick thuis week as the 2 guys have been bed or house ridden the last while...
