The two discuss Tye's background and history in martial arts, opening a new business/gym amidst the covid pandemic and shutdowns, Tye's philosophy on integrating aspects of traditional martial arts / Kung Fu into combat sports such as Sanda (Chinese kickboxing),  and Shuai Jiao (Chinese wrestling) especially in regards to practical fighting applications, competition and MMA.
