28 Weeks Later (2007) #34 of 50

When in an emergency situation, it may be better to do as you are told… if not you might cause an(other) outbreak. We watch a single family take down a whole country (and probably the rest of the world) in 28 Weeks Later from 2007. A dad starts the film in a thrilling sequence as a coward, becomes a liar, makes some terrible choices, and then kills so many people. The kids he raised are uninterested in following rules or asking for help, even in an apocalyptic situation. And mom just wants to love her family while possibly holding the key to humanity’s salvation. It’s a lot to put on a family of four.
