28. "Who Said I'm Paying for Your Friend?!"

She's a runner, she's a trackstar!! on this weeks pod we were joined by our athlete mate Sonyce (S.A) we got into a loads of topics, cah uno its always good to get new perspectives! First up we spoke about the need for men to be handy in the house, apparently you can't be calling a DIY man to help fit your new washing machine, like JB likes to do! Now that we are old and wise (lol) we spoke about what message we would give to our 16 year old self and what it felt like being restricted from doing certain things by our parents! I'd probably be doing stand up comedy if it weren't for those meddling adults. We then spoke about the effect social media is having on the kids! keep an eye on your siblings abeg! guys please pray for your fav podcasters some of them struggle with sleep paralysis, the way they described it, it sounds nuts. scary right?
