She was not. She was a fraud who was addicted to drugs posing as one, to solicite innocent people of their money. Family is very important to a Muslim man.  Abdul Kareem Alshimary is a passionate man. He loves his family and has the heart of a lion when it comes to protecting them. His sister was beaten by a man. A man in his family that now Mr Alshimary wanted to confront because he is against that type of violence. As I speak about on my show continuously, emotions puts us in a position for todays government to push its agenda of division in the home and keeping this prison industrial system churning. 28 years in prison Mr Alshimary received for that one emotional day.
