28: Your language is creating your reality

Where do you put your focus in life? Is it on what you desire to create or do you focus on what you don’t want, what you dislike or even hate about your current life experience? Do you focus on what you love about yourself or the problems (what needs to be fixed/healed), or do you find yourself stuck in negative self-talk, criticising and focusing on what you hate about yourself? In this episode we are diving into how your language is co-creating your reality. Your language can keep you stuck or it can support you in healing and moving forward on your journey.
