280 Arden Angel

from Overthinking MTG · host HamHocks42

Arden Angel is a card that appeared on the Sega Dreamcast in 2001 but never saw a paper version until now. The chaotic nature of the card made it impossible to print in the past, but with the addition of dice rolling (specifically d4s) it's now possible. This card will be included in the Secret Lair Commander Deck: Angels: They're Just Like Us but Cooler and with Wings. The deck appears to be loaded with great angels for the celestial enthusiast, but is this card worth purchasing the commander deck? In this edition of The Overthinking MTG Podcast, HamHocks42 discusses it and tries to answer that question. Often, though, he ends up yammering about whatever's on the top of his mind that the card reminds him of and a half hours passes and it turns out all he's done is share his thoughts on recent news related to Commander, Magic: the Gathering Arena, Modern, Pioneer, Standard, or humorous anecdotes from his kitchen table jank days. ----- arden angel, angels: they're just like us but cooler and with wings, angel secret lair, angel commander deck secret lair, arden angel mtg, magic the gathering ardent angel, angel secret lair deck, arden angel magic, mtg arden angel, angels mtg,mtg angels, sega dreamcast magic the gathering, mtg sega dreamcast, magic: the gathering dreamcast, digital card, mtg digital only card, mtg alchemy, magic arena alchemy
