281: Design Your Year - Planning for an amazing 2025

from Leading Yourself · host Carolina de Arriba

Hello and welcome back to the fourth and final part of our Design Your Year challenge! I can’t believe we’re already here, but this is how we’re closing the year—and today, we’re going to spend some intentional time planning for 2024. We’ve done a lot of groundwork to get to this point: In Week 1, we reflected on 2023 and decided what we’re leaving behind. In Week 2, we did a life audit and built self-awareness around where we are. Last week, we defined our vision for 2024 by creating a vision board. Today, we’re pulling it all together to create a plan that bridges the gap between where we are now and where we want to be by the end of next year. Think of it like entering an address in your GPS. You need to know where you’re starting (which we determined through our life audit) and where you’re headed (your vision). Now, we’ll chart the course to get there.
