If you listen to this podcast on a regular basis you'd be forgiven for thinking that I'm a very sickly person. Hmmm... Maybe I actually am? I'm sure I only just got over a horrible flu virus and now I feel like I'm coming down with another. And as if to rub it in I've ran out of my "go to" generic brand lemon flavoured soluble cold and flu drink and I've have to pop over the road to Tesco and buy the expensive branded one. Urgh.
