282 :The Coherency Creator: Our Power to Create Harmony & Possibility Out of Chaos & Conflict

The Coherency Creator: Feminine Leadership Archetype #7 of 8  "Through my presence, I bring things into order. I see what is out of alignment. I can pinpoint what causes disharmony." There is so much chaos, noise, and incoherency being thrown at us right now — and within us.The Coherency Creator gives us access to our power to work with the field - our own inner field and the fields (ecosystems, situations, relationships, interactions) we show up in - to bring situations, relationships, and realities into a resonant state of order and harmony. Not by fixing, saving or forcing. But through our presence. And our ability to speak and embody what is called the power of "loving truth." Consider this: We each can choose to be leaders in our lives, relationships, teams, family systems and community. We each have the power to shift a room, create harmony and order out of chaos and conflict, and open space for new possibility. Just by showing up centered, grounded, and clear. Which sounds much easier than it is in real time practice! We don't have to be at the top of a hierarchy to embody this power. Often our most powerful act is simply to be a grounded, compassionate, honest, and clear presence in the room.
