283. The Number One Hector Santiesteban

Hector Santiesteban and I connected through a Twitter Spaces he organized around unseen challenges women face in the podcasting industry.  Hector grew up around strong women who took control and led the way!  The women were running the show! He was surprised about the underrepresentation of women in podcasting. How different are we living generationally when we think of our lives compared to our grandparents' lives or compared to our children's?  People are never as simple as they may seem!  Better Call Daddy: The Safe Space for Controversy. Hector started creating content on Facebook about 6-7 years ago!  He caught a wave!  He started learning how to create traction and now he’s doing full-service podcast marketing!   Hector Santiesteban is the founder of Amplafy Media, lead producer for podcasts at Scalable, and host of 'Marketing Your Podcast.' In 2017 Hector started Amplafy Media, a podcast marketing agency, and has since helped dozens of podcasters in a variety of niches grow their show. The time that Hector doesn't spend producing or promoting podcasts he spends cooking for his wife, Shylean, and corralling his two toddlers, Kashton and Kaira.
