285: Prayerful Reflections: Renewing Our Minds and Spirits Through Scripture
from The 2-Minute Prayer Podcast Hosted by Pat Willie
Join Pat Willie as she brings you two minutes of prayer and reflection. We believe that prayer is essential, life-giving, and life-sustaining. Please join us for 2 minutes of prayer to our Lord and Savior. Pat Willie centers the discussion on a passage from Luke chapter 1, focusing on Mary and Elizabeth's encounter. As Pat Willie describes, the angel had announced to Mary that she would give birth to Jesus, prompting Mary to visit her cousin Elizabeth. This passage, particularly verse 49, becomes the focal point for prayer, emphasizing the past tense acknowledgment of the great things God has done, even before their full realization. Pat Willie extends this message to listeners, encouraging them to be grateful and faithful as they wait for God's promises to manifest. Thanks for listening in today.
