Larissa Conte (LinkedIn) and I spoke about the work she's been doing on power. We spoke about wattage. The notion that power is an experience not a thought. That we are afraid of power and what we may do with it. We spoke of shadow power: over and the one we give away, as well as the power that serves the whole.
