"Hotel Luna" es otra de las joyas que ha publicado Suzanne Ciani a lo largo de su carrera. En mi punto de vista es el primer álbum de su carrera en que incursiona en un sonido más orgánico y menos sintético, a diferencia de sus álbumes previos, especialmente Seven Waves (1982) y The Velocity of Love (1984). Este sería el punto de partida de Ciani con un estilo diferente, orientado más a lo new age, el cual explotaría más tarde en producciones como Turning (1999) y Silver Ship (2005). El tema principal que da nombre al álbum, es de las composiciones más populares y conocidas de Ciani. Desafortunadamente, al igual que su predecesor Neverland, este álbum no se encuentra disponible en plataformas de streaming completamente, mas se pueden encontrar versiones alternativas de algunos de los temas en otros álbumes de Ciani. In my point of view it's the first album of her career in which she ventures into a more organic and less synthetic sound, unlike her previous albums, especially Seven Waves (1982) and The Velocity of Love (1984). This would be Ciani's starting point with a different style, more New Age-oriented, which she would later exploit in productions like Turning (1999) and Silver Ship (2005). The main track that gives the album its name is one of Ciani's most popular and well-known compositions.
