#288: Jacob Benger-Pereira -- Truck Driver Preparing to Row Across the North Atlantic in a Dory Boat

In this episode we sit down and chat with Jacob Benger-Pereira and discover what has led him to prepare for a huge adventure rowing across the North Atlantic Ocean in a Dory Boat! Jacob is a truck driver and father from the Isle of Wight with the HUGE goal of rowing the ocean along the path of and using the same style of boat as the original ocean rowers. He is a passionate and extremely interesting person who has lived quite an adventurous life from childhood to where he is now. In this episode Jacob shares the reason why he is pursuing this adventure, we talk about struggles with mental health and the importance of creating space by chasing big goals, and we get into the history of this specific row.
