The healthcare profession includes, by definition, the need to deal with the human condition - that’s what we do! As such, one of the aspects of the human condition with which we contend daily is the smell that can occasion daily bodily functioning. Good organizations/facilities address this on a continual basis by making sure it is everyone’s job to be a part of the solution. Not dealing with lingering smells has widespread immediate as well as downstream consequences. Better to get on top of the problem from the start. Listen in for some ideas on how!
