Over the years, I've been asked many times if a union would be good for the beauty industry, so I really wanted to research what it would look like if we had one, and to share it with you here on the podcast.  Stylists are asking if unions are good to ensure stylists are well taken care of, but is a union capable of providing that to us? Why don't we have a union in this industry today? Are we as an industry ready for unions, and if so, would it even be possible to do?
