29. From Ayahuasca & New Age to Jesus | Becoming a Christian | My Testimony

Join me as I share my journey from exploring Ayahuasca and New Age spirituality to discovering the truth of Christianity. Honestly, if you had told me a few years ago that I'd be here writing about my faith in Jesus, I would've laughed. For most of my life, I was pretty skeptical of religion, especially Christianity. But everything changed for me in November 2021. That’s when my spiritual awakening kicked off—a total shift in my mindset where, for the first time in my adult life, I believed in the possibility of God. I started this intense journey, both inside and out, to find my true self and connect with something greater than me. If you've been listening to my podcast, you already know I’ve tried so many different spiritual paths looking for that real connection with God. I’ve explored Ayahuasca, meditation, yoga, and even medium readings. I went all in, thinking these things would bring me healing and fulfillment. Looking back, I realize I was relying on myself and idolizing the creation rather than the Creator. I thought I could heal myself, but I’ve learned that true healing only comes from God. The crazy part? God never left my side, even when I was looking in all the wrong places. He was always there, silently guiding me until, finally, in January 2024, He spoke to me in a dream. That moment broke down every barrier of doubt I had. And by February 22, 2024, I fully embraced Jesus as my Lord and Savior.
