29: Holding space for yourself is VITAL to support your healing journey

from The Devotional Woman Podcast · host Monique Carmela

Learning to hold space for yourself is a VITAL part of the human experience, and especially when embarking on the healing and spiritual awakening journey. When you’ve been conditioned to be selfless, to over-give, and people please, to keep everyone around you happy, to stay small and suppress your big emotions, you become a shell of a person. Not really sure who you are, how you feel, so disconnected from yourself and from life. You are disconnected from your own needs and often don’t know what they or or how to ask for them. In this episode I share what it means to hold space and how to practice holding space for yourself and others.   Check out my accompanying blog post on Holding Space For Yourself here: https://www.moniquecarmela.com/blog/holding-space-for-yourself    Subscribe to be notified of upcoming episodes and feel free to share this episode with someone who you feel will benefit from these teachings and practices.    With love,Mon xx
