29. I finally got a diagnosis after 10 years of suffering.. A very tender share

I got my microphone out to record, not with the intention to share this with the world, but to help myself process the emotions I was feeling. But the further I got into the recording, the more I KNEW I had to share it with you.This is the most vulnerable I think I have ever been outside of the four walls of my own home and the safety of my closest relationships.Why have I chosen to share this episode? Because instead of hiding away and making my suffering something that separates me from people... I want to become the embodiment of someone who's suffering brings her closer with other people. Our suffering is what unites us... and this episode is a raw, real account of mine.
