Ik heb zo’n mooi leven met gezonde kinderen, een geweldige man en een carrière waar ik van geniet. Ik leef op een prachtig eiland en toch voelde ik me de afgelopen tijd uitgeblust en niet mijn energieke, pure zelf. En om te voorkomen dat ik straks op mijn tachtigste terugkijk op mijn leven en denk: wat heb ik me vaak afgepeigerd gevoeld, besloot ik om dit gevoel te onderzoeken en in therapie te gaan. En eerlijk, ik gun iedereen een goede therapeut.
