There is a lot of information out there about hiring a team of lash artists or how to manage your salon, but hiring someone when you're a solo lash artist never gets talked about! This week, Jenny Papadopoulos joins me to chat about how to maximize profits as a solo lash artist/booth renter. Not everyone wants to own a salon or start a product line and that's totally okay! Jenny rents a suite in Scottsdale, Arizona where she is booked solid while charging premium prices and also offers trainings heavily focused on mega volume and styling.
