#29 - Kristi Locks - Breathing Beyond Trauma

My guest today is a wonderful breathwork facilitator, and a very good friend of mine. I met Kristi Locks about a year and a half ago, and since then have gone through so much growth with her. We belong to a meditation WhatsApp group together and she donates her time and expertise once a week with our group to learn breathwork. The way Kristi creates her breathwork ceremonies is very unique, and it affects me, and the whole group, in a very emotional way.  In this podcast, I talk to her about how she comes up with her breathwork ceremonies, and what got her into breath work to begin with. Kristi is amazingly gracious and vulnerable talking about her background, and the trauma that breathwork has helped her overcome.
