29. Long Island Tougher Mudder and Emily's Run!

In addition to trying White Castle for the first time, Mike joined Shon to complete Tougher Mudder in Old Bethpage on Long Island in New York (that was an unnecessary mouthful). Shon is much more experienced with Tough Mudders but Mike held his own at the event as well! We also touch on Emily's Run in Auburn, Maine that Angela, Jimmie, and Jimmie's son ran!
