29. The biggest risk to YOUR business (and how to mitigate it)

And yet, the biggest risk to the future of your business....... is YOU! Now before you sign off, and say "No it's not" I just want to quickly qualify that, by saying regardless of how careful, considered, measured you are, or whether your a 'flying by the seat of your pants type of owner is NOT what I'm referring to.  More, despite your BEST intentions, the majority of business owners (particularly SME business owners) build their entire business around them, with them being at the very epi-centre of every choice, every decision, every action to grow the business. And that's great, until one day, it's not!
