After a long successful career in the US military General Francis Hummel decides he must make a stand and draw attention to the mistreatment of veterans and their families by the government. Using non-lethal force he and a group of special forces marines loyal to him steal weapons from a naval base and take over Alcatraz Island, mildly inconveniencing a small group of tourists in the process.  In response the military sends an unqualified chemist and washed up British secret agent to retake the island, rather than acknowledge their wrong doings or make things right with veteran’s families. With special guest Jennifer McAuliffe.
