Born in Toronto and raised in San Francisco, Antoine Martel started investing in real estate while he was still in college. Since then, he has been investing in residential and commercial turnkey real estate in key markets across the United States. In this episode, Antoine joins Lisa Hylton to talk about his journey of getting started in real estate investing, going into detail about the decision-making process in choosing a property management company and some of the quality controls that he put in place to make sure that contractors were doing their work.
