29. Two Weeks Notice

Welcome to VomCom, the podcast where we talk about the romantic comedies we love to hate and hate to love. In episode 29, we revisit the Queen of RomComs, Sandra Bullock in the 2002 film Two Weeks Notice. She plays Lucy Kelson (yes, another Lucy) a no-nonsense, type A lawyer who is just trying to do good in the world opposite Hugh Grant’s suave, childish, and charming George Wade. This movie has everything we love: the sunshine/grumpy trope, good quick banter, and a Norah Jones cameo. It also has everything we hate: a Donald Trump jumpscare. Nevertheless, we persisted through. We had a lot of fun with this movie, and we hope you have just as much fun listening to it. So thanks for listening to us talk about everything we loved and hated about this film, see ya next time! xo Subscribe to us wherever you get your podcasts!
