29 | VALENTINE'S SPECIAL: How to Connect With Your Husband and Feel ‘In Love’ Again

from THE RESILIENT WORKING MUM, Stress Management, Time Management, Boundaries, Work Life Balance, Mom Guilt, Burnout, Resilience, Productivity · host Charlotte Haggie | Health & Wellbeing Coach, Speaker, Facilitator

Connecting with someone is the foundation of any relationship.  If you do not connect with someone, it is hard to keep that relationship going. In the busy-ness of working and mothering life, there is little time to think about how we connect. Sometimes we do and sometimes we don’t and if we don’t, we don’t often take time to think about why not. This Christmas, I took some time to figure out why I was feeling disconnected from my husband. The realization I had and the conversation we had afterwards helped us make a change in how we approached one another and our roles as parents at home and leaders at work. On this day before Valentine’s Day, or on any day, you might be feeling head over heels in love with your partner or you might be feeling far away from him and not sure how to bridge that gap.  I hope that this episode will help you do that so that you can be more present in your relationship and in your life.
