We do think obnoxiously and bigger than maybe we should. What do you think we should do in a situation where there are really great people surrounding you, but they tend not to believe in the possibility, and it feels like it's holding you back?"In this case, it's those in authority, and it's kind of a vibe killer. This conversation is blunt while also bringing curiosity to why the answer has become the answer.
