On this episode of The Ebbs and The Flows, Soft Chats about Hard Stuff, musician, advocate and writer Eliza Hull joins us for a gorgeous, moving and compelling conversation. Eliza is a musician living in rural Victoria, who has released 'Here They Come', an EP in 2023, representing her journey as a person who has come to terms with living with a disability and now performs and champions a vulnerability and acceptance that is contagious. It's also just really beautiful music. As well as a musician and writer, who has performed on ABC's Q and A, opened for Coldplay for their recent tour and released a children's book with Sally Rippon, she is also a mother and proudly fighting for equality and access for all. Eliza's beautiful 'A Note To Self' is one of the highlights of this episode, unyielding in its reflection of travelling tough paths that have seen her grow stronger, more resilient, but also more willing to love and be loved.
