293: Energy Scan Show with Kimberly Allen

In this episode, Daniel provides Kimberly Allen with an Energy Scan. Kimberly Allen combines her background in yoga therapy, and Lifestyle Medicine Health coaching with her love of magic to help women turn their dreams into reality. Her specialty is working with emotions and understanding where in the body we hold on. Through breath and meditation practices we can release stuck emotions. The practice of meditation in particular allows us to relax our nervous system and our mind opens up. We are able to better recognize our emotions and process them so that they do not stay stuck in our bodies. Kimberly Allen holds a BS in Exercise Physiology and an MS in Nonprofit Management with a specialty in Organizational Development. She also holds 200 and 500 hour certifications as a yoga teacher/trainer and is a Reiki Master.
