It is great to believe in trusting the process, knowing it's all happening for you when you can take a global view of your life or when you are on the other side of a challenge. When you are in the thick of it is an entirely different story. Let's talk about how you can have faith when faith actually makes no sense at all. In today's episode we discuss:1) Stop asking why, or asking questions that don't serve you. Victim questions serve no purpose at all and only keep you stuck in the moment and all of the emotions that go with that moment. 2) Ask what is this trying to teach me instead of why is this happening to me? What lessons do I need to embody to create the changes I need to make?3) Reach out and ask for help. Time block your schedule to build in down time before burnout, especially if you are dealing with a difficult time in your life. 4) Surrender and let it go.
