2946 – Shechita Knife Inspection by Two Shochtim and Its Importance – בדיקת סכין השחיטה על ידי שני שובי"ם וחשיבותה

The Rebbe writes that having the shechita knife checked by two shochtim is very proper and important. He notes the matter depends on the rabbis and shochtim, and improvement is gradual. The Rebbe clarifies there is no Lubavitch-supervised slaughterhouse locally, so no comparison should be made. https://www.torahrecordings.com/rebbe/igroskodesh/009/013/2946
