295: My 5 Biggest Shifts of 2018

With just a few days left in 2018, I wanted to take a minute to reflect on my biggest shifts of the year. I have to tell you, when I sat down to think about this I had no idea what I would come up with. I am so glad I did this exercise, as it allowed me to see a lot of growth and triumph. I can close the door on this year knowing I stretched myself in a number of powerful ways and I’ve laid the groundwork to do more of the same in 2019. Cause a girl’s growing is never done!
