#296: Hive mind
from 1912 Exiles
To take the temperature of the wider Newport County fanbase, we assembled a crack panel of Exiles old and new to help us discuss the York game and evaluate how the season is looking after eleven league games. We welcome back old friends Taff (from the Amber Army), Wise Dan, and a new(port) fan Ben to make his pod debut. Plenty to explore, and good to broaden the discussion out beyond the usual regulars. A quick reminder that you can bag yourself a 1912 Exiles sticker pack by signing up as a monthly ko-fi subscriber to the pod. You should also get yourself subscribed to our YouTube channel for regular match preview videos and on-the-whistle match reports through the season. Plus you can check out our website for all the pod info you need, or drop us a line on the socials if you have anything to tell us. Our theme tune is the original 1973 recording of Come On The County. We are brought to you in association with our friends at the Riverside Sports Bar (the home of great burgers and live sport in Newport) and Skerryvore Designs (a Newport-based and family-run advisors on all architectural projects big and small, offering a first initial consultation meeting). Our huge thanks to both of them for their support. Until next time, look after yourselves and each other, and above all Keep It County.
