 This view of government causes wars, and we have examples from the history of the church.  Jesus was opposed to this view, Luke 9: 52- 55.  True faith can not be forced; it is a voluntary decision.  We should appeal to people; Matt. 11: 28, Acts 28: 23.  In conclusion: Governments should never attempt to force religion on people, but provide freedom for all.    Forcing religion could lead to religious persecution or having false converts.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
