2961 – Community Work, Shared Merit, and Joy in Service – עבודת הכלל, זכות משותפת, ושמחה בעבודה

The Rebbe writes that the merit for communal work belongs to all who participate, not just the leader. He encourages joy and trust in G-d, noting that even if one feels they serve only out of obligation, true pleasure will come. He concludes with blessings for a good year. https://www.torahrecordings.com/rebbe/igroskodesh/009/013/2961
