Her academic background includes a Masters of Science in Environment and Sustainability Management from Georgetown University and a BA in Architecture and Urbanism. Carina’s work is dedicated to empowering local governments and their partners to create resilient, sustainable urban environments. She advocates for the use of AI in climate action and emphasizes the critical role of effective regulatory frameworks.
