A General Court Martial, supported by United Nations Mission in South Sudan, has concluded in Wau, Western Bahr-el-Ghazal, resulting in the conviction of several army officers for serious misconduct.Spearheaded by the Military Justice Directorate, the process is part of ongoing efforts to enforce discipline within the army and restore public confidence in the uniformed services.Can these trials improve relations between civilians and the South Sudan People's Defence Forces?
