The interiors of the bells are painted red, symbolizing the commitment carried within those who serve, while sculptural epaulets above reference ceremonial traditions of honor and recognition.Though shaped like a wind chime, the piece is intentionally silent—inviting reflection on service, remembrance, and the often-unspoken contributions of military members and their families.Beach Fire Permits: At Stuart Beach, fires are permitted from November through February, during the non-turtle nesting season, between 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., in designated fire pits.
