The process will comply with all applicable laws and the Voluntary Corrective Action Plan, as approved by the Board and the Federal Aviation AdministrationFloridays Mobile Park- LDR text amendment is to modify the RV Park Standards specific to the Hobe Sound CRA. The Board received and filed the agenda item and all attachments and approved the Ordinance amending Article 12, Community Redevelopment Code, Land Development Regulations, Martin County Code. Watch the meeting for all the details.The Board approved the PAMP Amendment for The Pine School project.MARTY update: ridership and operations; Since July of 2025 there has been a 20% increase in ridership; since fare-free there has been an increase of 37% - add 21 new stops where there need to be bus stops. Starting the Route Optimization study.Approved the half cent sales tax to fund the acquisition of environmentally sensitive lands through conservation easement purchases. This Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs) with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), Rural and Family Lands Protection Program.The Board approved an Option to Lease between Martin County and Martin County Healthy Start Coalition, Inc., and authorized the Chair to execute any documents necessary to complete this transaction.
