We talked to Neil and Amy a year ago in September 2020, and at the time, things had been going really well between the two of them, until Amy walked in on a Zoom call Neil was having with his parents, who said some very offensive things about Amy... “You never told us she was brown!”...“You’ve never dated one of them before”... “Not many of your kind over here [Southern US]” We talked things through with them and Neil agreed to step up and defend Amy and she agreed that Neil isn’t his parents and he can’t control what they say.
