3.18 "Mental Health Coaching for Women" with Cyrene Krey

Cyrene Krey is living in northern Illinois with her furry and scaly babies: two big dogs, five crazy cats of her own, one crazy nephew cat, one crazy niece cat, one little lizard, and one stubborn snake. Each and every one of them a rescue! It can definitely be a challenge to her with a house full of rescue critters, but it’s certainly never boring. She have a master's in biology and a passion for helping others. Whether that's by using her photography to raise awareness about conservation, environmental issues, and social justice issues or by coaching struggling women to find their purpose and reclaim their inner badass as a "personal trainer for their mental health."
