3.22.26 // 1 Thessalonians 4:1-8

Pastor Lance's study through the first 8 verses of 1 Thessalonians 4, highlights the importance of sex inside of the marriage covenant, The Holy Spirit's role in enabling us to walk rightly with God, and God's purpose of sanctification for our lives. Lance walks us through God's design for marriage, and the world's view of it. He also emphasizes the path that should be taken in regards to intimacy: Spiritual, then emotional, and finally, physical. He reassures us that we are not meant to do this alone, but that the Holy Spirit is there to lead and guide us.
