In today's episode, we chat with the dynamic husband and wife duo, Bryan and and Shannon Miles, of Belay Solutions. Bryan is a successful entrepreneur, husband, father, backpacker, mountain climber, mentor, and writer. In addition, he’s the Co-Chair and Co-Founder of BELAY, a premium staffing company serving businesses all over the U.S. He and his wife, Shannon, are proud Co-Owners. They have enjoyed starting and running BELAY together as a team since the beginning in late 2010.  Shannon is an adventurous, fun-loving, driven and passionate leader who loves to see personal growth and development in those she leads. Through her successful career as an entrepreneur as Co-Chair and Co-Founder of BELAY, she has been able to design a life she always dreamed of.
