It was IN the basket!!33:00 - The Avs won 2 games this weekend. The Stars lost in OT and then regulation. That means that the Avs have a 5 point lead in the standings with a game in hand. They don't have the 1 seed locked up, but that certainly helps.Meanwhile the Nuggets...whatever, man. They've fallen to the 5th seed. They could easily fall to the 6th seed. Hopefully not 7th. Point is, just make it to the playoffs. The West is a gauntlet and the Lakers won't stop winning. Play well down the stretch, avoid the play-in tournament, and take whatever comes your way.
