During a discussion about concerns raised by a mobile home park encroaching on RTC property, it was noted that fitting both the trail and railroad tracks in the constrained corridor is challenging due to varying widths. The environmental review positioned the trail to minimize impacts, but encroachments are being addressed separately. There's an ongoing effort to modify the design to lessen property impacts, acknowledging that completely avoiding impacts is impossible due to space limitations.
