3/27/22: Hanna Safley - Life's not about what happens to us, it's about our reaction.

on Inspirational Women: Hanna Safley is just 21 chronologically but her life experience and wisdom might make her 101. At 13 Hanna was diagnosed with a rare childhood leukemia. Over 5 years she lived through stages of treatment and then found that a different form of cancer had appeared. Despite the unbelievable challenge Hanna immersed herself in school, now a junior at UW. She's been involved in charitable events in her Tacoma community, in Cancer Pathways, and now is a program assistant with Cancer Pathways.
